Get Your Finances in Order
You will need to have money put aside for a down payment. This amount at the very minimum is 5% of the purchase price of the home you’re planning to buy. Then, you’ll need to meet with a mortgage specialist to determine what you can afford. Shopping around for the best rate is highly recommended.

Offer, Conditions & Closing
As your personal REALTOR®, I will help you place an offer together. After I’ve negotiated an offer, you’ll need to conduct a home inspection and finalize your mortgage with your lender. Before completion of your purchase, you will also need to sign off on ownership by visiting your lawyer or notary.
